The prompt for this interview was to interview an expert. The forst expert to come to my mind was my beloved aunt Julia Rose Gasparoni or as I like to call her, ‘Juju’.

Juju is a licensed Esthetician in the state of Massachusetts. What she does has always intriguied me and that is why I go and see her so often. Juju has been doing my eyebrows and facials for some years now, I wanted to get to know the process a bit more. I wanted to ask her some questions about her process and how she sets up for the day and how she mentally prepares before she gets to see her clients. I also wanted to enlighten myself with the process on how to become an esthetician. The schooling does not take long, which is honestly impressive! It is also very inspiring that Juju does not only do this job for herself. She feels true joy in doing this worlk for others and trying her absolute best to make her clients feel confident after they leave. It was also cool to learn that she keeps up to date with all of the new ways of being an Esthetician. SHe follows a bunch of influencers and public figures in the industry so she can keep tabs on anything new that pops up in the industry so that she can learn it as well! Learning about Juju and her job and not just going and getting my eyebrows done this time was super fun and informing.
