The prompt for this audio playground was simple, a story in the format of a list. This seems very simple, make a story, but use as minimal words as possible (or at least try!). I made my podcast sound like it was in bullet points, with pauses in the middle and freesound sounds for the background.

The first thing that came to mind when I thought about this podcast was my house. My house has many different sights and sounds that happen all day, so I knew that it would be super easy to do this assignment on my house.

My little sister Eve is always dribbling a basketball outside, whether it be alone or with one of her friends or me/my sister. At my house, we never use the front door, we are always using the door through the garage that leads to the mudroom. This is so you can take your shoes off and not drag dirt into the house (a rule my clean freak mom made.) Every time you enter the house my dog Maggie yelps or barks in excitement and wags her tail like crazy. My dad is always on the phone in the big living room on his recliner chair, if its for work or even a friend that he is chatting to. My mom will always be sitting right next to him in another recliner chair either scrolling on her phone or watching a show, or even both at the same time. I will always greet them, then walk up the stairs and walk by my sisters room. She always has her boyfriend over so I never really greet her. I walk to my room and always shut the door behind me. I am always on the phone with one of my friends (usually one or both of my roommates). Everyday my mother asks me and my sisters to fold the clean laundry. I always put my laundry away right when it is folded and clean. Every night, before I go to bed I will call my friend JorJa and we will play Minecraft or Valorant until the sun comes up. Once one of us calls t quits for the night, that is when I go to sleep!
